Burn off the Christmas calories

If the children are looking for an alternative to television or shopping – or you need to burn off some of those additional calories – there are special Christmas sports sessions over the festive period.
Middleton Leisure Centre are open on 27, 28 and 29 December with all activities £1.
The centre is open 10am-4pm every day and sessions include squash, badminton and five a side. There are studio cycling sessions on Thursday at 12noon and Saturday at 11am and 12noon.
For children there are Dance Mat Sessions at 2pm and 2.45pm plus induction sessions in the Shokk Gym at 10am and 11am. For members the gym will be open from 12noon-2pm each day.
The Contours fitness studio is open for members from 10am-4pm and inductions for new members can also be booked.
The Leisure Centre will be closed on 24, 25, 26, 30, 31 December and 1 January. The swimming pool closes at 12noon on 23 December and reopens on 2 January.
