An update from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) is first.

The police hope to plan an operation in relation to traffic issues on Ladyhouse Lane.

There have been no major incidents of anti-social behaviour in Hare Hill Park but with the school holidays the police anticipate incidents will increase.

In relation to drug dealing incidents on Henderson Street, the police state that they have had no reports and are asking the public that if they do see anything to contact them.

There are no questions in the open forum.

The Budget for 2016/17 and 2018/19 Guidelines and Timetable is next.

The main assumptions for the budget are that there will be a 1.99% increase in Council Tax, 1% rise in pay inflation, discretionary fees and charges will rise by 2% and there will be a 0% rise in crisis inflation.

The Key Route Network is next.

As part of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Transport for Greater Manchester took over the Key Route Network but Rochdale Council can still make decisions that affect the network.

The Need for Extra Special School Places – Consideration of consultation responses and Publication of Statutory Proposals is next.

It is hoped that Springside School, which is located in the Pennines will be increased from 100 places to 116.

The Need for Extra Reception Class Places 2015-2018 is next.

Projecting expected demand for reception class places in the township is based upon comparing the number of children born, with the number of children from that birth cohort taking up places in Pennine schools.

The Township plan for 2015-16 is next.

The report provides councillors with details of work undertaken in the context of the Township Plan during 2014/15 and asks councillors to approve the Township plan for 2015/16.
