Rochdale Council has been accused of ignoring over 300 complaints of fly tipping in one area.
Residents living close to Grove Street and Russell Street, Rochdale say the area has been blighted by fly tipping since 2008.
One resident who contacted Rochdale Online said: “The locals dump every three days, either rubbish or furniture, and I have been reporting this issue since 2008 but nobody has taken it serious.”
Rochdale Council has not responded to a request for comment.
