Police observe minute’s silence and fly flags at half-mast in honour of Tunisia victims

Police in Rochdale have flown their flags at half-mast today (Friday 3 July) and observed a minute’s silence to pay their respects to those who were killed in Tunisia.

Rochdale Police said: “We are observing a minute’s silence at midday in memory of those affected by last week’s terrorist atrocities in Tunisia and Kuwait. Our flag will be flown at half-mast today as we stand together with communities across the UK as a sign of unity and solidarity.”
