CCTV image released following armed robbery

A man brandishing a machete robbed the Tesco Express in Norden at around 10.25pm on Thursday 25 June 2015.
Police have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to.
The man walked into the store on Edenfield Road and walked up to a member of staff and threatened them with the machete and demanded money. He them made off towards Martin Lane.
The offender is described as being around 6ft tall, of slim build and wore yellow coloured trousers, similar to a jumpsuit and a yellow marigold glove on his left hand.
Detective Sergeant Louise Ashurst said: "The staff member was terrified at the sight of the man holding a machete and did not know if he would be injured if he did not do what he asked.
"His clothing is unique and I would ask people who believe they may have seen this man to contact police as soon as possible."
