Summer may have disappeared but everyone still had fun at Hopwood
Date published: 23 June 2015
The lack of sunshine failed to put a dampener on Hopwood Hall College’s annual Summer Fun Day this weekend, as over 600 people visited the College to enjoy a whole host of activities.
The day saw visitors take part in everything from a Ready, Steady, Cook competition to cupcake decorating and learning how to change a car tyre.
Children were kept entertained with delights ranging from a bouncy castle, soft play area and a Play Doh competition. The College’s many animals were also eager to greet them. These included alpacas, horses and the College goats, Frank and Winnie.
For those who were looking for something a bit more active there was a host of sporting events to take part in including egg and spoon races, assault courses and bubble football.
In addition, there was also the chance for visitors to get a taster of Hopwood Hall College courses.
