Man charged with sexual assault

A man has been charged with sexual assault.
Robert Byrne (born 26/05/1967) of Kenilworth, Rochdale, was charged with sexual assault and was remanded in custody to appear at Bury Magistrates Court this morning, Saturday 13 June 2015.
At around 11.30am on 21 April 2015, a 13-year-old boy was sat on a bus travelling from Rochdale Bus Station when he was approached by a man who performed a sex act upon himself before sexually assaulting the victim.
