The search is on to recognise those volunteers who give up their time, energy and skills to help others in their community and across the Borough of Rochdale.
Nominations are now open for the Volunteer of the Year awards to recognise the significant and meaningful contribution made to the local community and the Borough of Rochdale by volunteering.
If you know someone who deserves a 'big thank you' then please take a few minutes to complete the attached nomination form.
There are three categories:
- Volunteer of the Year
- Group Volunteer of the Year
- Volunteer involving Organisation of the Year
Nominations need to be submitted by 5pm Thursday 28 May 2015 and returned to Volunteer Centre, CVS Rochdale, Floor 3, Unique Enterprise Centre, Belfield Road, Rochdale OL16 2UP or by return email to k.dawson@cvsr.org.uk
The awards will be held at Rochdale Cricket Club, Bridgefold Road, Rochdale OL11 5BX 6.30pm – 9.00pm, there will be a warm buffet provided after the awards presentation.
