Luke Moyes charged with possessing a firearm

Luke Moyes, 28, of Fairway, Rochdale, has been charged with possessing a firearm to cause fear of violence to three women in Chorley.
He is also accused of causing actual bodily harm to the same three women in an incident in the town on 12 April.
