Brett Gleeson charged with manslaughter

Mucky Duck pub on Drake Street
Brett Gleeson (23/10/83) of Drake Street has been charged with manslaughter.
He appeared at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on 01/05/15 and has been remanded into custody to appear at Manchester Crown Court Crown Square on Wednesday 6 May 2015.
Just after 12.30am on Thursday 26 March 2015, officers were called to the Mucky Duck pub on Drake Street following reports a man had been found collapsed outside the pub.
On arrival, 28-year-old Adam Nightingale was found with head injuries. He was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later.
