HGV and car collide on M62

A HGV and a car collided on Saturday (11 April) on the M62 Eastbound, near to Junction 19 (Heywood).
No injuries were reported but those involved are said to have suffered from shock. They were taken to Birch services.
Highways England officers and free recovery (Manchester Smart Motorway) attended the incident and cleared the area by 12:04pm.
Traffic Officers from Milnrow (Junction 21) helped to manage traffic past the incident as free recovery moved in to remove the car.
