Fraud team raid house on Yorkshire Street

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) Fraud Team raided an address on Yorkshire Street, Rochdale.
Tactical aid units raided the property, which is located at the corner of Yorkshire Street and Trafalgar Street, just after 7am today (Thursday 2 February).
The raid was part of an ongoing investigation into the fraudulent use of credit cards to purchase a variety of goods from companies located across the UK.
It is understood that police were seen parked on Trafalgar Street for several hours whilst plain clothed and uniformed police officers carried out the operation.
A spokesperson for the police said: “No arrests were made but police seized various items from the property, including phones, computers and documentation.
"Enquiries are ongoing.”
