Children get ready for Easter at the Wheatsheaf Centre Kids Club
Date published: 29 March 2015
Children got ready for Easter yesterday (Saturday 28 March) at the Wheatsheaf Centre Kids Club.
The club, which is held every month, gave children the opportunity to make Easter bunny masks, Easter cards and Easter boxes filled with chocolates.
Michelle Turner from the Kids Club said: “It has gone down really well today. It has been really busy.”
The activities are free to take part in and vary during each kids club.
Michelle added: “We do the club every month but there is usually a different theme, so we will do things for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentines and other celebration events.”
The club is now also starting to attract regular visitors.
Michelle said: “We are noticing that we are having regular people coming to each club, which is nice.”
