Students at Hopwood Hall College raised an impressive £900 for Comic Relief by running a range of activities including dressing up for photo opportunities.
As part of their marketing course work, business students at the College decided that they wanted to organise some fun events in aid of the charity.
They spent two weeks selling red nose merchandise and then on the day itself, worked alongside catering, life skills and early years students to put on many events that the whole College was keen to get involved in.
Hopwood Hall College Principal Derek O’Toole joined in with students as they had their photograph taken wearing fancy dress wigs and accessories.
Other activities included a table tennis tournament, a penalty shootout, a ‘pop and discover’ stall, which saw students pop balloons to find the prizes hidden inside them, a raffle and a delicious cake sale.
