Serious accident at J19 for A576 Heaton Park Three Arrows Roundabout, Middleton

M60 Greater Manchester Clockwise - queuing traffic and the main road is closed (7.45am Friday 13 March), with traffic being routed around the junction and back on again, on M60 clockwise at J19, A576 (Heaton Park Three Arrows Roundabout), because of a serious accident involving two cars.
Diversion in operation via the J19 exit slip road, around the roundabout, and back on the main carriageway via the entry slip road.
Congestion on M62 to J20 A627(M) Rochdale, to J17, A56 (Prestwich) and on M66 to A56, Ramsbottom Junction.
