22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of burglary bailed until March

A 22-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of burglary has been bailed until 10 March.
The man was arrested in connection with an incident in Middleton in which two cars were stolen from a house on Dale Road.
The police helicopter noticed one of the cars, a black Altea driving at high speed.
The car was later found by GMP Interceptor patrols in Miles Platting and the 22-year-old man was arrested.
The offence took place between 11pm on Monday 16 February and 2am on Tuesday 17 February.
Police are still trying to trace a Mercedes which was also stolen.
