Teenager pleads not guilty to raping woman in Heywood

A 16-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to raping a woman in Heywood.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with one count of rape and one count of attempted rape.
The boy denied both of the charges at a hearing at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates court yesterday (Monday 9 February).
He was remanded in custody and will appear before Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday 23 February.
