Appeal to find owner of item lost on train
Date published: 14 January 2015
Alison McEwan is trying to trace Christopher and Anne Wood, who have connections to Rochdale, after personal items belonging to them where found on the Manchester to Leeds train on Tuesday (13 January).
Alison’s husband found the items when he got on the train at Todmorden at 7:45am. Alison and her husband believe that whoever was carrying the item would have had to have been on the train sometime beforehand.
Even though the item is described as “not valuable”, Alison wants to get it back to its rightful owner as it contains personal information and details of those it belongs to.
It is understood that Christopher and Anne may have links to the OL16 area of Rochdale.
Anyone who thinks they know Christopher and Anne Wood or thinks they know who the item belongs to, can contact Rochdale Online on 01706 523583 or via
