If you would like support and some strategies The Mentors at Matthew Moss High School are facilitating 2 x 10 week support groups.
The evening group will begin on 21 January from 6pm to 8pm and the day time session will begin on 29 January from 10am to 12noon, both at Matthew Moss School.
The aim is to provide a relaxed and informal atmosphere where every parent/carer feels valued and supported and leaves feeling empowered to meet the next challenge of parenthood.
