Christmas Eve dinner for the homeless
Around 100 homeless people were treated to three course meal at Christmas Eve dinner at St, Chad's (Rochdale Parish Church).
The Reverend Coleman said: "This was a great expression of what can be done when the communities and faiths work together.
"In my sermon today I am talking about the angels who bring heaven to earth; I met some Angels yesterday helping at the lunch.
"Thanks Ahmed Nadim, family and friends, Petrus, St Chad's and St Mary's and sister churches, so inspiring."
Organiser Ahmed Nadim added: "A most satisfying Christmas Eve feast added to by a celebration of unity in community spirit in the company of some of the most delightful people of Rochdale."
