Rape reported on Ainsworth Street

Police are currently investigating a rape on Ainsworth Street, Rochdale this morning (Thursday 4 December).
Police were called to an area near to Ainsworth Street at 12:35am.
Part of the street is currently cordoned off with police on scene.
A spokesperson for the police confirmed that a rape had been reported and police were currently at the scene investigating.
No arrests have yet been made and inquiries are ongoing.
