St Thomas’ Church Autumn Fayre
Date published: 23 November 2014
St Thomas’ Church in Kirkholt held their annual autumn fayre on Saturday (22 November) to raise money for the church.
Held between 11am and 2pm, the fair included activities for children such as cake decorating and card making and stalls such as bric-a-brac and Christmas goodies.
Reverend Angela Bryan said: “The fair is held every year and is held just before everyone starts getting ready for Christmas. It is a really well supported fair and it has been well supported again this year.”
Organisers behind the fair would like to match what they raised last year.
“Last year’s fair raised about £500 so we would love to match that but anything we can raise would be great,” added Angela.
Money raised form the fair will then be used to help with community activities such as Messy Church.
