Hundreds turn out to support Springhill Hospice Christmas Fair
Date published: 17 November 2014
Hundreds of people from across the borough turned out to support Springhill Hospice at their annual Christmas Fair yesterday (Sunday 17 November).
Held at the Hospice, every inch of floor space was filled with people helping to raise vital funds for the Hospice.
Sixty six stallholders were at the event selling items including jewellery, gifts and food.
Attractions and activities for children were also on going including crafts, a Santa’s Grotto and face painting.
Springhill Hospice Community Fundraiser Lillie Winterbottom said: “Yet again the people of Rochdale have come out to support the Hospice. Our fairs are always very well supported but the Christmas fair is always the favourite.”
