RBH has been placed at number four by magazine 24 Housing in its list of the country’s top landlords.
A panel of experts set up by 24 Housing named the Top 10 landlords with the final positions decided by a public vote.
Among the projects that impressed the judges were Our Choice, which empowers neighbourhoods to decide spending priorities, and Young Voices which gives youngsters the chance to help shape the future of their communities.
Gareth Swarbrick, Chief Executive of RBH, said: “I would like to thank everyone who voted for us and helped RBH achieve this result.
“As a mutual society our tenant and employee members play a key role in determining our priorities and plans for the future. While we will never be complacent, being placed in the top five landlords should give us confidence and self-belief as we move forward.”
