Woman stabbed on East Street

Police were called shortly after 4.00pm on Monday 29 September to reports a woman had been stabbed at a house on East Street in Rochdale.
Officers attended and established a 29-year-old woman had been stabbed numerous times.
She was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital where she remains in a critical but stable condition.
Enquiries are ongoing.
