Over 80 students graduated from Hopwood Hall College’s higher education (HE) courses, at a glittering graduation ceremony at Rochdale Town Hall on Thursday 25 September.
A live musical performance by The Rochdale Music Service greeted the students and their friends and family who watched with pride as their loved ones graduated. Special guests at the event included the Mayor of Rochdale, Councillor Carol Elizabeth Wardle and the Mayoress of Rochdale, Mrs Beverley Place.
Students at the event graduated from a range of different courses, including mechanical and electronic engineering, early years, health and social care, games development and performing arts.
Derek O’Toole, Principal of Hopwood Hall College commented: “We are very, very proud of our students, of their commitment, and their achievements, and we wish them well as they continue their lives as alumni of Hopwood Hall College. It was a delight to be able to share in this happy occasion with them.”
