Rochdale Boroughwide Housing has been shortlisted to be crowned the country’s top landlord - and it wants your help to clinch the honour.
The mutual housing society, the first social landlord in the country to be co-owned by tenants and employees, has been named in the top 10 by a panel of expert judges from24 Housing magazine.
It’s now down to a public vote to decide the final positions and RBH is urging people around the borough to give their support.
Noel Chambers, Chairman of RBH, said: “Making it into the top 10 is a wonderful achievement that reflects the huge amount of work put in by members, tenants, employees and partners across the borough and beyond since we became a mutual in 2013.
“RBH is establishing an excellent reputation within the housing sector for the way we form partnerships with tenants to strengthen their neighbourhoods.
“We would love to be named the country’s top landlord and hope as many people as possible will help us over the finishing line by voting for us.
“You don’t have to be an RBH tenant to vote - you just have to support the way we are using the borough’s pioneering traditions to improve homes and neighbourhoods.”
