Reception

Reception had a great time visiting a local building site (at Aphrodite) to help us build a new wall ourselves!

We are now looking for Shoe boxes to turn into ‘bricks’ so we can continue our building projects on a bigger scale! If you have any please send them into school. Thank you.

Year 2

Can all children have a full labelled P.E. Kit in school. As the weather is improving children also need a labelled water bottle. This terms projects are “Countries from around the world” and “Living things”.

On Monday 10 March Mrs Cockcroft will be returning to Nursery. She would like to thank all the children and staff for making her time in Year 4 a very enjoyable experience.

Mrs Cockcroft said; “I wish you all continued success and hope you keep up the hard work. I will miss you lots”.

She is now looking forward to a fun-filled term with the Nursery children.

Netball teams have now been selected, details of matches will be sent out in the near future. Again I would like to thank parents four your continued support, and thank the girl’s for their continued enthusiasm and commitment.

Congratulations to the office staff for their recent completion of their exams, and also to the TA’s who recently passed their First Aid courses.

Congratulations are also extended to Adam Warburton and Stanley Clough who both played musical solos at the weekend and received certificates.

Important office notices!
Once again we are nearing the end of the financial year. Please help us to clear our arrears by 31 March. Thank you to those who pay all monies promptly, we are very grateful as it makes it easier for us. By paying regularly you secure your child’s place for care clubs, music lessons etc.

Please note that office hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Please do not hand in loose change for dinner money, put it in an envelope with your child’s name and class.
