Volunteers to Serve Refreshments at Christmas Concerts

Do we have any volunteers to serve refreshments at any of the Christmas performances? Your help would be fantastic. Please speak with Mrs Mitchell, Ms Harrison or Mrs Wilson. Thank you.

Children in Need

We raised a total of £329.31 for Children in Need. Thank you for your support.

Attendance

Could we please remind parents to inform the Office if your child has an appointment or forthcoming absence. Forms are available in the dispenser in the foyer. Thank you.

School Council Note

The Children’s School Council would like to remind all site users that Shawclough is a smoke free zone. So please do not smoke anywhere on the school grounds.

School Car Park

Mr Rushton will be managing traffic in the car park and on the turning circle at the end of the school day from Monday 2 December. We are doing this to ensure the safety of children at this part of the school day. As you know I have mentioned in several newsletters about inconsiderate driving and parking. The car park is for staff and we will allow parents with ‘blue disability’ badges on the car park if there is room. The gates will be closed. Other parents will not be allowed in or out between 3.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.
