On Friday 25 October we will be having two joint Eid and Harvest Assemblies with our friends at Springside. For those with a child in in the Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 the assembly will be at 9.15am. The 2.15pm assembly will be for the children in Key Stage 2. For parents with children in both, are quite welcome to come along to both. We look forward to seeing you.

Well done Mrs Smith’s class for the best attendance for week ending 4 October 2013. Please support us by ensuring that your child is on time and in school every day.

The Citizens of the week ending 11 October are the Reception Class for an excellent assembly showing repeated patterns and bathing the baby. Well Done.

A reminder that the school will be closed for children for staff training days on
Monday 14 Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 October 2013. All children will need to return to school on Thursday 17 October at 8.50am for their exciting ‘number through story’ 2 day project.

We are nearing the completion of the background work needed before we re-launch our school website. Watch this space for more news coming soon.

We would like to wish those of you celebrating next week ‘Eid Mubarak’ and hope you enjoy a happy and peaceful time with family and friends.
