A man has died following traffic collision in Littleborough

A man whose car overturned on Halifax Road, Littleborough has died.
Police were called at 4.38pm to reports that a Volkswagen Golf had overturned and the driver was trapped inside.
Emergency services attended and found that the car had overturned and was down an embankment at the side of the road.
The man, in his mid-40s, was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
Officers are currently working to notify the man’s family and enquiries into the circumstances surrounding this collision are ongoing.
