Police helicopter used to catch burglary suspect

The police helicopter circling above Castleton to help locate a burglary suspect
Just after 11:20am this morning (Friday 27 September) police responded to a call from a resident on Alder Road, Castleton reporting an attempted burglary.
Officers attended the scene and requested back up after it was reported that the suspect had been seen. A police helicopter was then used in the Castleton area to locate the suspect.
A man was detained a short while later and property was recovered.
Enquires are ongoing.
