These little piggies went to college
Date published: 13 September 2013
Hopwood Hall College has two new additions – Hettie and Lottie.
The Kunekune pigs arrived this week, to be housed in part of the College’s new life sciences area at the Middleton campus.
Kunekune pigs have become popular in the UK thanks to their friendly nature and love of human company.
Hettie and Lottie have already settled in well. They join over 100 species of animals and birds in the new life sciences area, which officially opens next week.
