Oscar
Oscar, a small white Bichon Frise, went missing on 27 August in Tandle Hill Park in Royton. He is neutured and chipped, and was wearing a green collar on the day he went missing (although this could have changed).
Oscar's owners live in Rochdale and are understandably concerned - if you have seen Oscar please contact the Police (Rochdale North Neighbourhood Team) on 0161 856 9961 so that he can be reunited with his loving family.
