Wardle village church
This Sunday our Anglican Communion Service will be led by Rev Doug Oates at 10.45 am. Everyone is welcome.
Everyone is welcome to come to our Monthly Soup and a Roll which will be held this Tuesday from 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm. Carrot and coriander as well as mushroom soup will be on the menu so come early to avoid disappointment. All proceeds to the general upkeep of the Church.
Our well established Baby and Toddler Group continue every Monday and Wednesday from 9.30 am - Noon. Surestart come along on a Wednesday from 11.00 am- 11.30 am. Songs, activities and refreshments all for £1 for adults and 50p for children.
Slimming World now meet on Thursdays at 10.00 am, 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm. For further information please contact Rebecca on 07738052984.
We will be joining with the rest of Wardle in the Heritage Weekend on Saturday 14 September. There will be a prayer trail downstairs and upstairs there will be displays of the churches past. The banners will be on display as well as memorabilia and assorted church records.
For arrangements of baptisms and weddings etc. the Church will be open after the morning service on Sundays, alternatively call Rev Ron Hicks on 01706 377433.
