Early Help
Date published: 27 August 2013
Early Help is intervening early and as soon as possible to tackle problems emerging for children, young people and their families, or with a population most at risk of developing problems. Early Help can be at any developmental or age milestone in a child or young person’s life.
The Family Service Directory is a resource for families, children, young people and practitioners to learn what is available locally and nationally.
The Directory includes information about local services, childcare and organisations dedicated to helping a whole range of age groups. Our recent addition for practitioners is the practitioners’ module, which provides access to extra information.
