Healey Primary School
Next week is the Manchester United v West Ham trip at Old Trafford. The children who are taking part should meet at school at 5:00pm Wednesday evening ready to be taken in time for the 8:00pm kick-off. The children should be back by 10:30pm, but this will very much depend on match traffic. The school gates will be left open so parents should be able to wait safely on the school drive until the children return.
On Sunday the Music Service Christmas Cracker is taking place.
Well done to the children who received the Achievement Award last Friday:
Reception Lola Thompson
Year 1 Daisy Watson
Year 2 Yasmin Doody
Year 3 Travis Taylor-Hall
Year 4 Daryl Rosales
Year 5 Thomas Hemmings
Year 6 Amelia Cook
Attendance was better this week at 98%, well done everyone.
Parents should now have received school photographs and the pack of instructions. The closing date for orders and payment is next Tuesday 27th November. Very well done to the School Council and Rights Respecting Team who organised the fundraising day last Friday. Altogether they managed to raise £320 which was topped up to £500 by a very generous donation. The children made a splendid effort with colourful pyjamas and an amazing array of bedheads!
Thank you very, very much for your support with the Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre’s Rewards For Schools campaign and voting for Healey – we came second!
