Exercise your right to fitness, by visiting Springfield Park

The Friends of Springfield Park group (FoSP) has just finished installing the final five pieces of Outdoor Exercise Equipment in the park.
This makes a total of ten twin pieces of varying styles, which allows for up to twenty people to exercise at any one time.
The units have been very well accepted and well used by the park users of all ages and abilities, who obviously enjoy the opportunity to maintain their health and wellbeing - importantly, at no cost.
