Falinge Park rape: man in custody

Police are investigating a serious incident in which a woman was reportedly raped in Falinge Park.
The crime is reported to have taken place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on Friday evening and police enquiries are currently taking place into the incident.
The woman is being supported supported by specially trained officers from GMP's Serious Sexual Offences Unit, but is yet to be formally interviewed.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape and bailed until December pending further enquiries.
