Hamer Community Primary School

Date published: 16 October 2012

Parent consultations will be this week. You will have received details from your child’s teacher regarding times and dates.

It is so important that you attend as this is the first opportunity this year for the class teachers to share your child’s targets with you.

Should you require a translator please let the school know in advance.

On Friday for our Autumn term joint curriculum day the children joined with their partner classes from Springside for lessons. The focus was R.E. and the children had a fantastic day exploring and learning about different religions from around the world.

Mr Casey would like to recognise the efforts that are being made in PE sessions this half term across school. Getting fit can be tough but the children are doing a great job!

One child per class has been nominated for their excellent lunchtime manners and attitude for this half term. Luqmaan Hussain, Isa Saleem, Ayesha Mohammad, Suhailah Shahzad, Ziyaad Siddique, Sonia Idris, Saqib Mohammed, Amina Jamil, Freeha Ali and Harun Rashid are the children who were rewarded and treated to a meal at Pizza Hut on Friday Lunchtime.
