Body found in water under a viaduct in Healey Dell

At around 11.45am on Saturday 13 October 2012, police in Rochdale received a report that a body had been found in water under a viaduct in Healey Dell nature reserve.
Emergency services attended and found the body of a man.
The death is not believed to be suspicious and the matter has been passed to the Coroner.
