Your chance to meet the face behind the microphone

Allan Beswick, the popular and well-known BBC Radio Manchester presenter, will be in St Andrew's Church, Dearnley, Littleborough on the evening of Friday, October 26, from 8.00pm, for a Questions and Answers session which should prove both entertaining and informative if his 'Beswick At Breakfast' radio show is anything to go by.

There will be no charge for admission but the church is asking for suggested donations of £5 to be taken on the door -- no tickets --- with all receipts going to the St Andrew's Wider Welcome fund for the improvement of the church's community facilities.

Allan is travelling from Warrington to support St Andrew's in this venture so the church is hoping for a good turn-out to welcome him to St Andrew's for the first time and then to put him on the spot with the sort of probing questions that he is never afraid to ask of others.
