Hamer Community Primary School

Date published: 01 October 2012

On Tuesday, 3 of our children from Key Stage One took part in a Gifted and Talented maths event at Stansfield Hall Primary School. Miss Nicholson was pleased to report that Fatima Hussain, Laiba Raza and Noor Mureed were an absolute credit our school. Thank you and well done.

A quick reminder to all parents who pay dinner monies please remember that it has gone up 25p per week and is now £9.25 not £9.00. Please send into school in an envelope with your child’s name, class and amount on.

As we move forward with School Improvement plans it is increasingly important that Senior Leaders ensure provision is put in place for schools to support and learn from each other. As such, Hamer is now part of the IPLCN Collaborative Learning Group along with the following Schools: Springside, Marland Hill, Heybrook, Belfield, Spotland, St Andrews, Brimrod and Greenbank. We are very much looking forward to working collaboratively to make our schools great schools.

A reminder that we are now collecting Morrison’s Garden Vouchers and would appreciate any vouchers to be placed in the box in the front reception area.

Well done to all the Hamer Stars of the Week for week ending 28th September they are:
