Man charged following fatal motorway collision

A man has been charged in connection with a fatal collision on the M62 motorway.
Niall Yeldham (born 30/12/77) of Valkyrie Road, Wallasey, Merseyside has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He is due before Bury Magistrates' Court on 9 October 2012.
Shortly after 5.10pm on Wednesday 30 May 2012, police were called to junction 20 of the M62 motorway westbound, where officers found that five cars and a large goods vehicle had been involved in a collision.
Ashfaq Ahmed, aged 36 and from the Bradford area, was trapped inside a Proton Persona and had suffered serious injuries.
Ashfaq was treated by paramedics from an air ambulance, but sadly pronounced dead on arrival at hospital.
