Rochdale's youngest councillor, 19-year-old Liam O'Rourke with Natalie Greatorex
The Borough's youngest councillor, 19-year-old Liam O'Rourke, who represents the people of Heywood North, has been elected vice-chairman of Heywood and Middleton Constituency Labour Party.
Councillor O'Rourke said: "Delighted to be elected Vice-Chair of Heywood and Middleton CLP. Hopefully I'll be able to help make us a campaigning constituency."
