Milnrow Band at Formby Hall

Milnrow Band performed their latest concert in Formby Hall, Atherton.
The band, under the direction of Musical Director was Russell Grey, the principle cornet for the night was Iain Colross.
Milnrow Band commenced its programme with Gladiators Farewell, Shostakovich Festival Overture, Concerto de Aranjuez with soloist Natalie Beer, Breezing Down Broadway, Buglers Holiday, Trio three cornets, Sleep, Rhapsody for Euphonium with soloist Aaron Rifkin finishing the first half of the concert with Laudate Dominum.
The second half of the evening included Over the Rainbow with soloist Chris Binns,
Carnival for Bass with soloist Mick Morris, rounding off the evening with Mid all th Traffic and Gaelforce.
The enthusiastic audience appreciated the first-class and entertaining programme.
