Death crash on M62: man charged

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and other driving offences after allegedly driving a car the wrong way on the M62 in Rochdale which led to a fatal crash.
Rebecca Caine, 20, from Leeds, died and three others were hurt when their car crashed head-on into a Renault between junctions 21 and 22 near Milnrow.
The 31-year-old is due to appear at Bury Magistrates' Court later.
He is also charged with fraud by false representation, driving without insurance and driving other than in accordance with a driving licence.
