Children’s School Diaries I hope you are aware that your child has been given a home-school homework diary (these have been issued to children in years 2-6). As well as informing you of the homework your child has to do the diary will hopefully prove to be a valuable means of communication for us all. Your child must bring their diary each day. Lost diaries can be replaced at the cost of £1.50 each.
Children are able to earn during the school year Unit, Bronze, Silver and Gold Badges. Parents will be invited to our special celebration assemblies on Fridays when their child is receiving their badge.
Reminder To Unit One Parents The voluntary contribution of £18 snack money is now due for the year. We do appreciate your help.
Reminder To Year 2 Parents Please return the signed Internet Agreement. Without this your child will not be able to participate fully in IT lessons. Thank you.
Packed Lunches School holds the National Healthy School Award and we try to promote healthy life choices in many different ways. Very importantly we do a great deal of work to promote healthy balances eating. We have followed advice and produced guidelines for healthy and balanced packed lunches at Shawclough.
