Police chase suspected shoplifters

Police chased a red Honda ramming it into a railing on the corner of Red Lane, Buckley Road and Foxholes Road
Police today (Tuesday 28 August) chased and stopped a red Honda.
Bystanders say that at around 11.00am the police chased and hemmed in the Honda to stop the car, ramming it into a railing on the corner of Red Lane, Buckley Road and Foxholes Road.
They say 8 police cars were involved in the chase.
A police spokesperson said as far as they knew at present 3 males had been arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.
