‘Question Time’ took place this week when Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk visited the school. The senior pupils were given a talk on the role of an MP which was followed by a question and answer session. The pupils asked many relevant and topical questions which Simon Danczuk responded with frank and thought proving answers.

The Bishop of Middleton attended the Harvest Festival celebrations at both the Senior and Upper Prep, and the Lower Prep assemblies. The produced donated by parents was given to Petrus to help the homeless of Rochdale.

Congratulations go to Bushra Ahmed, Shakeel Mahmood and Joseph Winfield who have all been given sub-prefect positions.

The progress awards for this half term went to Yusuf Siddique, Nicole Healey, Zain Choudhry and his younger sister, Maliha.
